Fresh Nuggets on the Go
My truck is more than just a mobile place to grab food. It is a place to enjoy fresh award winning chicken nugget creations made from scratch with fresh ingredients. I have Celiac Disease so my entire menu is Gluten Free, although no one would know. We brine fresh white meat chicken tenderloin nuggets in a buttermilk brine mixture for 24 hours. On the truck they are hand-breaded in a gluten free flour mixture, then fried to perfection. You can enjoy them naked or loaded with different sauces and toppings.
